Well, Singing Waiters are a surprise singing act that is perfect for any event. Our team will seamlessly blend in with the real venue staff, whilst mingling with your guests until the pre-agreed moment, whereupon they’ll burst into song serving the ultimate surprise.

We are based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. But we have been fortunate enough to have performed all over the UK for 10 plus years where we have been in operation and served surprises to unsuspecting guest at roughly 150+ venues throughout the UK a year.

• We get there up to an hour before your guests, and then hideaway! • Equipment. Our performance last around 30 minutes, however we work closely with venue staff to ensure the smooth running of the day.

The act is 30 minutes which is typically 8 songs and will contain some of the below numbers. Please note as this is an audience participation act your performer will select the appropriate songs for your event based on the audience reaction on the day. Due to high demand of our singing waiters service we are unable to take requests.

All our base costs are fixed depending on if you require one, two, three, four or more singers. The main contributing factor to a quote is the venue location. The location of the venue determines our required travel time, which may also require arriving a day before the event and will therefore require accommodation for performers. However we will work closely with you to understand the specific details and make sure it’s all included in the quote, so there are no hidden fees. Some things which are not included in the price of the quote are additional unforeseen costs such as parking costs and toll & congestion charges. The reason we don't include these in the quote as from venue to venue these costs can differ quite drastically and we aim to be the most cost effective supplier out there. For instance in most cases parking is free however in some venues parking can be upwards of £45 pounds especially in central London. However if we know these in advance we will add these additional costs to the quote or subsequent invoice.

You pay a small non-refundable deposit of £150 to confirm your booking once you have accepted our quote, The remaining balance you can either pay in full or with interest-free instalments, either option is fine as long as the balance is fully paid 8 weeks prior to your wedding or event! Please note if you have not paid the balance by the due date stated at the top of your invoice we have the right to terminate this booking without penalty and you will forfeit any fees paid previously and remain liable for any outstanding fees due.
